Welcome to INVIZD, a cloudless, zero-knowledge hardware device for private communication and secure storage, operated by Arkra LLC.

By purchasing or using INVIZD hardware, website, or software, you agree to these key terms:

•  Governing Law & Disputes: These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions).

•  30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Return your INVIZD device within 30 days in like-new condition for a refund of the purchase price (original shipping fees excluded). We cover return shipping only from the contiguous U.S.; international customers pay return shipping.

•  International Shipping & Customs: You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees outside the U.S. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; we are not liable for customs delays.

•  Limited 2-Year Warranty: We warrant the hardware against manufacturing defects for 2 years under normal use. Misuse, tampering, or unauthorized modifications void the warranty. International customers pay outbound shipping for warranty claims.

•  Zero-Knowledge Design: Your data stays on your device with local encryption. We cannot access, recover, or provide your stored files, messages, or content — even under legal request.

•  Software License & Restrictions: You may use the embedded software for personal or internal business purposes but may not reverse-engineer, tamper with security features, or resell it separately.

•  Acceptable Use: You agree not to use INVIZD for illegal purposes, including storing or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material, terrorism-related content, malware, or infringing material.

•  Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss due to lost credentials.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for shipping or performance delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or sanctions).
